Support Marion and David against Cancer Fundraiser

$297 donated

I am doing a head shave on the 31st December 2017 to support my Dad and raise money for the Cancer Society.

Canterbury

My Dad was diagnosed with head and neck cancer in Nov 2016, since then he has been battling this disease with courage and support from family, friends and The Cancer Society.

I am doing a head shave fundraiser on the 31st December 2017 to show my support for Dad.

With this page all funds raised will be donated to the Cancer Society as a way of saying thank you for all the support they are giving Dad during this time.

No amount is too great or too small, your donation is appreciated.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
