I have decided to compete in my first half ironman to help raise funds for my brother in law and his amazing young family. Nick was involved in an awful cycling accident leaving him paralysed. With all the challenges that lay ahead I am hoping we can ease financial pressures as much as possible to help Nick as he begins rehab back in Tauranga. Nick is the one guy that would be there for anyone at the drop of a hat, and I am hoping as many people as possible can get behind him and his young family at this time.
