For every donation made to help support Heart Foundation I will create a personalised digital illustration.

HOW IT WORKS:

- Prices starts at $25 for up to two people, $5 extra for every extra person

- Payment is made once the design is created and is collected through this give a little page

- All designs are created as A3 and are sent via email direct to you

MY STORY:

Heart Foundation has a special place in my whanau, as my brother was born with a unique heart condition in which meant he was in and out of hospital throughout his life. The hospital became our second home and saw us through many tears, laughters and surgeries. He under went multiple open heart surgery and over the last couple of years received a pace maker, through out Heart Foundation has been there supporting him and my family. Now at the age of 26 he’s living his best life and really thriving in his role of most annoying younger brother. To say thank you and to give back to the Foundation I thought I would utilise my creative skills to boost donations.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
