I'm up to the challenge of dropping off the Invercargill Fire Tower in support of the great work FYD does with our youth in Southland
Southland
The Foundation for Youth Development reaches over 1300 local school-aged Kiwis each year through Kiwi Can and Career Navigator. These programmes teach life skills that are not a part of the school curriculum, but help make the school environment more effective and harmonious. Their programmes also give students tools and techniques to use once they've exited school, along with self-belief and confidence to meet challenges head on
I'm involved because I believe it is vital to give our kids values, life-skills and to have a 'can-do' attitude.
FYD are making a huge difference in communities throughout NZ, and here in Southland they reach over 1300 kids every week, achieving amazing results.
A fundraiser that challenges FYD corporate partners & business leaders to nominate their boss to ‘drop’ (abseil) off the Fire Service Tower.
