Lace up and get running for mental health!

Canterbury

Hey all you cool cats and kittens! Things are different in world right now and for a lot of people, these are tough times.

That’s why, here at ENSOC we have decided to do something to help.

Pick up your shoes and get trotting, because throughout the month of May if you complete a run or walk on the Running app "strava" and select “Ran with ENSOC Canterbury”, we will be donating $1 for every 2km ran to Mental Health Foundation, which we think is a very worthy cause throughout NZ in this Pandemic! (first 2000km)

Please don't be afraid to speak up! and check in on your friends, family and flatmates during these difficult times.

To kick things off the exec here at ENSOC will be running running for the first 24hours of May. through a virtual relay.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
