Come try Christchurch's latest Escape Room Attraction! In lieu of payment I will be asking participants make a small donation to Farmstrong

Canterbury

I have created a fully operational escape room (if you aren't sure what one is, Google it!) in my shed. The theme is the Office of the Mad Dr. Jarman. Participants have one hour to escape the room or suffer a fate beyond death. It has taken me many moons and a fair bit of scratch to get it up and running, however instead asking for payment I would like participants to make a small donation to Farmstrong!

Farmstrong is is a nationwide wellbeing programme for the rural community. I grew up rurally (though many would rightfully question my practical skills) and have an interest in rural mental health in my current role as a psychiatric registrar in Christchurch. Rural health poses many difficult challenges and the sector deserves as much support as it can get to keep our farmers mentally and physically well.

Having grown up in a rural area and currently working as a psychiatry registrar I have an interest in rural mental health and the difficulties it entails. They are an initiative designed to give farmers the skills and resources to live well, farm well and get the most out of life.
