Jumping in the boxing ring to raise mental health awareness within the construction industry.
Our industry is losing almost one person to suicide every week. MATES in Construction is a suicide prevention organisation which engages with construction workers through on-site training and provides help support and enable conversations around mental health.
The suffering of a 12 week training camp and three rounds in the boxing ring is nothing compared to the struggles of someone struggling with mental health so please donate what you can to support a great cause.
Fight night is Saturday 16th September.
