Providing Life Changing Retreats for Women in Need

Life a Plenty Charitable Trust offers FREE, five-day facilitated retreats for women within the wider Bay of Plenty. When women are referred to us from GP's, counsellors and social services, they’re stressed, exhausted, lacking any hope or skills to change their lives and are often struggling financially. Our recuperative retreats provide women in distress a "circuit breaker"; an opportunity to rest, recuperate and attend workshops to gain life-skills, self-care strategies and tools for change.

The demand for our recuperative retreats is growing and we need your help to continue our valuable mahi. Please donate today to help us raise $2,000 towards our next retreat for 8 women and continue to offer our Bay of Plenty wāhine this life changing service.
