We are a small national charity focused on strengthening the capacity of small, Kiwi grassroots charities and inspiring generosity!

Nationwide

The Funding Network New Zealand is a small national charity focused on strengthening the capacity of small, Kiwi grassroots charities and inspiring generosity!

Since 2014, we have supported over 150 charities with training, provided over $40k in pro-bono support, and helped 129 charities raise a collective total of over $1.25 million.

In early 2022 we piloted the ‘Generosity Generator’, a nationwide online fundraising training programme, specifically designed for small Kiwi charities. The programme teaches small charities the essentials of how to create, promote and run a successful crowdfunding campaign. It also provides a unique opportunity to practice these and raise vital funds in a 12 day crowdfunding campaign on Givealittle.

To date the Generosity Generator helped 86 small Kiwi charities grow their giving community, raising a collective total of $641,569!

We are proud to be partnered with Chorus, Givealittle and New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) to deliver the Generosity Generator.
