Help our mates in Construction!

The idea: that you like minded legends who tune in (and the people you know) want to support mental health awareness in NZ, particularly in the construction industry, where currently we're losing one kiwi a week to suicide.

The goal: Raise awareness for the fantastic work Mates In Construction and Heavy Hitters do; and help by giving generously to this very worthy cause (Just what you can, when you can - no pressure).

My name is Matt Adam and if you've tuned in for one of my regular fortnightly Thursday shows on Lockdown Legends/Twitch, are friends with me or follow me via social media; you'll know I'm a massive advocate for the work Heavy Hitters do and for encouraging those in need to speak up.

I've started this Givealittle as I truly believe in the work Heavy Hitters do, so much so that I'm taking part in my 4th fight camp, this time with the awesome trainers at Red Line Combat Academy - while I'm training leading up to fight night, any subscriptions that I get on twitch, in addition to funds raised here, will go straight to the cause - so a huge thanks in advance!
