Clothes have the power to transform not only the way we think about ourselves but how others see us too.

Sadly, for many women, not having the right clothes to wear is a simple but real barrier to gaining employment.

At Dress for Success Hamilton, we offer a free employment dressing programme gifting Waikato women suitable work clothes so they can show up confidently at their interview or a new job. It is a simple but powerful gift that can help women on their path to success. We love how the right outfit can put a big smile on a woman’s face and instantly boost her self-esteem.

Our personalised styling experience treats women with dignity and respect, making them feel special and valued. We want them to walk out of our dressing room with a new sense of confidence and self-belief. Women often put everyone else's needs before their own, so our service is an important reminder to them that they matter too!

We also provide support through our Career Hub with one-on-one sessions assisting women with CVs, cover letters, mock interviews or career planning. Next year, we will expand our services to include career and employment workshops for our clients.
