Fundraising for the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter during the Chopper Appeal 2019.

Last year I was thinking about how best challenge myself for a great cause. As a active mountain biker and member of the greater Tasman Cycling community. I came up with the idea of 50km a day for the month of May. I knew it would be a challenge, particularly fitting it in around work.

I am aware and know Nelsonian’s that have used this great service. In a couple of cases this has been absolutely critical to their survival.

So after the effort and are riding the equivalent to 50km a day for the month of May 2018, I am repeating the effort, so that is 1550km in the month. Interestingly New Zealand in 1600km long.

Please help me fundraise for this wonderful charity who helps so many in their time of need
