Tidal Life & Health is fundraising in support of @spark_that_chat who are doing amazing work promoting positive conversations and action in mental health.

TIDAL LIFE & HEALTH FREE BOOTCAMP IS BACK!

Starting Saturday 21st February and running for 8 weeks. 7.30am on Havelock North Village Green, outside the Pavilion.

We love getting the community together and offering a free, fun and safe environment to workout.

If you’re a seasoned gym-bro or a first timer looking to give it a go, the workouts are suitable for all ages and abilities and under the watchful eye of Michelle from MM Mobile PT @michellemckay8616
