I am going to serve for 2 weeks alongside a team from Generation Ignite at the Los Angeles Dream Centre :)

Kia ora everyone,

I'm Lays and I will be heading over to serve at the L.A Dream Centre with a team from Generation Ignite in September.

The Dream Centre in Los Angeles meet the needs of approx 80,000 people per month in the areas of addiction, abuse and poverty, Which is Incredible!

I have a fire in my heart for helping others in need and I am really looking forward to leaving NZ for the first time and serving others for 2 weeks. I currently work as a community developer in West Auckland and am looking forward to bringing back my experiences from this trip and applying it to my work here.

This trip is going to be a life-changing experience for me.
