Lucy's ACTS for ACTS

I’m walking 50km this weekend to raise funds with my school to empower rural Cambodian children with the gift of education. This is all through the ACTS programme. ACTS stands for Assisting Children to School, and that’s exactly what we’re doing! Without ACTS, these children would be working in the fields with their parents. Through ACTS sponsorship, children receive: uniforms, backpacks and stationery, bikes if they live far from school and extra tuition to help them catch up on learning they’ve missed. They also get to attend Happy Club (a fun after-school activity where they learn about Jesus). ACTS sponsorship removes the barriers to school-attendance so that children can start dreaming of a bright future!
