Make a 'blooming' difference

Imagine an Aotearoa where ALL members of our society feel loved, valued and accepted, just as they are.

Lockdowns, extreme weather events and the ever increasing cost of living are affecting all New Zealanders, be it mentally, emotionally, physically or financially. However there are members of our community for whom isolation, the levels of stress, anxiety, social exclusion, unemployment and diminished self esteem is nothing new. They know and live this reality everyday!

BLOOM Pukekohe is a horticulture & craft based programme for young people and adults with intellectual disabilities. A place where they can come to learn, try new things, socialise, connect, feel valued, experience success and thrive!

We are asking for you, your family/whānau and friends to contribute towards our campaign to complete our building project. With the support of some amazing businesses we have already

- Renovated our new building to include an accessible toilet.

- Added new decking and ramps to expand the work area.

- Built brand new greenhouses to grow our plants.

Over the next 12 days, help us raise the final 12k we need to finish our building project, which is essential for our programme.
