Whenever Meridian staff undertake fundraising activity for KidsCan, we will use this page to ensure that people are able to make donations directly to the charity.

Meridian is proud to help KidsCan make a tangible difference. Meridian’s support enabled schools to come off the waiting list to receive assistance, but we still have a long way to go. In 2014, over 16,000 children a week received support through the ‘Food for Kids’ programme, and KidsCan distributed 49,072 raincoats, 25,471 pairs of shoes and 50,942 pairs of socks to underprivileged Kiwi kids. Their ‘Health for Kids’ programme will be expanded to include a funding trial for doctor’s prescriptions as well as continuing to provide nit treatments, basic health and hygiene items to children living without the basics.
