Let people know its ok to reach out and ask for help. Help them to understand its something all of us go through at some stage.

I dedicate this to my good friend now passed, Ryan Wants.

Words that are generally taboo. People find the topics hard to talk about but in reality, we NEED to be talking about them.

Help us raise some money for the Mental Health Foundation and at the same time, raise awareness of the issues people face on a daily basis, often suffering alone, dealing with their inner demons.
