Mrs Black's Lockdown Loop Half Marathon

Bonjour! On Tuesday 24th August I will run a half marathon by running loops around my block. Each of my classes can nominate a funny challenge for me to complete for a loop. In support of my run, I'd love it if you were able to donate to the Wellington Women's Refuge; an organisation which needs our help more than ever during this lockdown.
You can suggest a challenge either below, on the Wellesley facebook page or on our Teams chat for online learning.
Regular updates of my run will be posted on facebook. I'll keep the donations open for 2 weeks so you can continue to donate after I've completed my run.

Update: half marathon complete! 26 August 2021
Thank you all for your generous donations. I completed the half marathon on Tuesday morning and had a lot of fun. I ran several laps with Claude (the French puppet), ran one lap backwards, one in pyjamas, one in gumboots, amongst other fun challenges. It took me 31 laps around the block to complete the 21.1km distance. Merci to all for your support!
