It's hard to explain the feeling when you hear of a friend or family member diagnosed with cancer. More than 80 kiwis are diagnosed with cancer every day, 1 in 3 of us over the course of our lives.

To help raise awareness, and hopefully a bit of money along the way, I'm gonna be shaving what little hair I have on the 1st of December and running a marathon in the balmy Swiss winter. Donations will be split between Blood Cancer NZ and the NZ cancer society. Thank you in advance ❤️
