KB in a boxing ring - working it for Suicide prevention for The Key to Life Charitable Trust.

Wellington

I am one of the most sedentary people that I know. It is the year of the '40' for me, and I am all about pushing boundaries. I want to prove to myself and inspire others, that it is never to late to try something new.

I am committing to a 14 week challenge to learn to box and potentially get in the ring (if selected) to fight for a great cause. I am proud to be a part of this incredible challenge and to challenge myself on every level - mental and physical!

I know there are a fair few people who will put money down to see me get hit, so donate and support me and this great cause! If you want more details on coming to the actual event, let me know and I'll gladly sell you a seat/table.

Suicide and Mental Health is something that every Kiwi is unfortunately touched with at some point in their life - whether it personal journey, friends, family or colleagues. It's important to raise awareness, reduce the stigma and fundraise for a great cause.
