Rugby Field Mental Health Marathon

In August 2011 I lost my brother suddenly when he took his life. He would be 42 this year so in his memory this August i am planning to run a marathon - 42.195km - by running 422 lengths of a rugby field. The hope is to raise funds and along the way some awareness for what is a real problem not only in N.Z but all over the world. In N.Z suicide is the biggest killer of males aged 18-45 and what i believe to be a preventable cause. But we need to change our attitude to mental health, to TALK and to LISTEN.
