Shaving For a Friend with Stage 3 Burkitt's Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma with all donations going to Leukaemia and Blood Cancer NZ

$370 of $2,000 goal
Given by 6 generous donors in 21 days

I wanted to support to a very close friend who is going through treatment for stage 3 Burkitt's non Hodgkin's Lymphoma by shaving my head.

Canterbury

Loren was diagnosed with stage 3 Burkitt's non Hodgkin's Lymphoma early September not long after her 28th birthday. To show support and raise some funds to help I said I would like to shave my head. Loren liked the idea but would like the money to go to Leukaemia and Blood Cancer NZ to help other people and their family's who are going through similar circumstances.

I will be shaving my head in a couple of weeks after Loren is feeling better after her treatment as she would like to do it.

Photo: Loren is at the bottum and I am in the top. My hair is a bit longer as this was taken at the start of the year (the most recent photo I have of us) But will try to get one of us when I see her on my days off.
