This October, during Mental Health Month, Snap Fitness is rallying New Zealanders to prioritise their physical and mental well-being by embracing an active lifestyle. We all know that exercise not only benefits our physical health but also has a profound impact on our mental state. In fact, regular exercise is often recommended as one of the three primary treatments for depression and anxiety.
Join us on the 31st as we attempt to raise vital awareness and funds for our esteemed charity partner, I AM HOPE, by participating in a 24 hour treamdillathon, we have 5 treadmills booked out from 5pm the 31st October - 5pm 1st November & we would love for you to join in the fun. All you have to do is donate $10 or more :P to book your 30 minute spot, more than 1 spot can be booked throughout the 24 hours and more than $10 can be donated by 1 person
Rest assured that 100% of all funds raised will directly support I AM HOPE’s essential work.
