Mental health has something that’s been a big part of my life in recent years, seeing it affect my friends, family and even myself. I’m so grateful to all the people who support me throughout all my high points and low ones as well, but not everyone acknowledges their problems. Sometimes having that one person who you can talk to is just invaluable. So the reason I want to do this challenge is to show people that it’s all a mind game and what you choose to happen will become reality. Never be afraid to reach out because all it takes is one interaction to completely change your mindset.
If one day you’re just chilling out, message a mate and ask how they are doing, it might mean the world to them.
