Participating in Toss the Boss and support young people in Otago
Dunedin, Otago
Kia ora! We are Katie and Liam and this is our Furbaby Quake!
Both of us are passionate about supporting rangatahi and enabling them to chase adventure. All proceeds go to Southern Youth Development. Thank you for donating to Toss the Boss!
About us:
Liam works as a firefighter and in his spare time enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and rock climbing. Which also are Quakes favourite sports to participate in too! If Liam isn’t off chasing some adrenaline you will find him at home playing computer games with his friends.
Katie works for an NGO in the sexual violence sector supporting survivors. In her spare time Katie enjoys taking Quake on adventures, or snuggling at home with her bunny Knightly. Katie enjoys engaging and supporting her community, and every so often you will catch her having a cheeky cocktail at Woof!
Due to circumstances outside of our control Quake is unable to participate in Toss the Boss. Apologies to everyone.
We made it to our target! 15 May 2023
We would just love to say a really big thank you to all our participants and donors for their support and donations to reach our target of $30,000. The difference this will make for our youth programmes is immense, and we are so grateful to be able to continue our positive mahi for young people in Clutha, Dunedin and Waitati. It was such a great day on Friday, with every participant being 'tossed' with various degrees of enthusiasm!
We will be keeping the page open for donations until the 26th of May so that you can still get whānau and friends to donate. While we have reached our target, every little bit helps to get to young people in need.
Again, thank you very much. We are so appreciative of all your support!
A fundraising challenge for our local leaders to help make a positive difference in the lives of rakatahi in Clutha, Dunedin and Waitaki.
Thank you so much xx love you too! <3
