Participating in Toss the Boss 2023
Dunedin, Otago
Nigel is a member of the team at Road Materials Dunedin (HQ), a family-owned business, proudly part of the Dunedin landscape for over 60yrs. After a 20+ year career in hospitality, he made the move to challenge himself to learn something completely new, but still be hands on in a role that focused on making sure people were looked after and achieved the outcome they were wanting.
Always willing to do anything interesting, he is looking forward to encouraging as many people as he can to donate to the amazing work that the Southern Youth Development do.
When not at work, Nigel can be found hanging out with his partner, and their recently adopted rescue dog Jasmine, enjoying the outdoors that Dunedin has to offer, or scouring 2nd-hand and antique shops for bargains.
We made it to our target! 15 May 2023
We would just love to say a really big thank you to all our participants and donors for their support and donations to reach our target of $30,000. The difference this will make for our youth programmes is immense, and we are so grateful to be able to continue our positive mahi for young people in Clutha, Dunedin and Waitati. It was such a great day on Friday, with every participant being 'tossed' with various degrees of enthusiasm!
We will be keeping the page open for donations until the 26th of May so that you can still get whānau and friends to donate. While we have reached our target, every little bit helps to get to young people in need.
Again, thank you very much. We are so appreciative of all your support!
A fundraising challenge for our local leaders to help make a positive difference in the lives of rakatahi in Clutha, Dunedin and Waitaki.
Cam, you little beauty! Cheers mate!
Thanks Roger, you're a legend!
