I've seen this annual fund raising challenge over the past few years and always thought I should give this a go - two challenges to achieve: to abseil the Stadium and raise money for the Southern Youth Development (SYD)

SYD work with over 1600 rakatahi | young people across Clutha, Dunedin and Waitaki each year so that they can take their next positive steps in their education, employment and future. Please help me reach their fundraising target and support the youth in our area.

I've been been working in the marketing industry for over 22 years and still love what I do.

The marketing industry has seen massive changes since I first started and that's probably what has kept me interested over the two decades. Along with the usual avenues of marketing work involving branding, websites, email marketing and helping clients improve their online visibility through SEO and Google Ads, I am heavily involved with social media marketing and training.

In 2014, I started ‘Get Social’, the training arm of Cre8ive Marketing as I saw the need for small and medium-sized businesses to have bespoke training on social media - which is complex and difficult to navigate through the constant changes. I love to share my passion for marketing and aim to explain marketing techniques in a way that cuts through the hype and is easy to understand.
