Team Officials - fleecing Trekkers for over 26 years... and then some

We like to think of The "Officials" as the glue in this event. We're up early to cook the breakfast so the teams can hit the road with a full belly and do what they do best - raise money for Kiwi Kids. We provide guidance, support and fun during the day and stitch them up at the end of the day.

Without the support of the officials for this event, there would be no event. That's what we think anyway ;-)

We're meant to be the "Officials" who try and organise this lot on the rally! If we're not trying to fleece the other teams of cash to fill our donation buckets, we're working tirelessly on the BBQ to feed them.

Trillian Trek Charity Rally 2018

New Zealand’s premier charity rally, The Trillian Trek, is on the road again raising money for Kiwi kids!

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
