Waihi Beach Trig Challenge - Sweating for Mental Health

Raising funds for the Mental health foundation

Bay of Plenty

As one who has been through the Mental Health System and has a diagnosis of BPD, Anxiety, Depression & Suicidal Ideations, I would like to give back to the Mental Health Foundation.

I have decided to join in with the Waihi Beach Trig Challenge and sweat for Mental Health. I will be walking the Trig 48 times in the next 60 days, which is equal to the distance of Mount Everest.

I'm going to give this my best shot and hope I can complete this Challenge. All funds raised will be donated directly to the Mental Health Foundation.

It's okay not to be okay. It's okay to talk. So, let's bring some awareness to a good cause. Thanks in advance for your donations and support.
