Walking for Wheels
Let Lisa have her freedom back to walk her dog with family

A good Friend of mine is living with MS and all her and her family want is for Lisa to be part of their active lives once again.
Lisa has lost the use of her legs and having lead a very active life alongside her family, requires some wheels - an Omeo Chair is a Wheelchair like no other that works similar to a Segway with body movements enabling the user to freely move around, on the plus side these can go off road so Lisa can walk the dog on the beach or up the Wither Hills in Blenheim where they live, essentially being able to be active once again with her family.
My mission is to Walk for 24hrs around Foster Park in Rolleston in the hope of raising some funds to contribute to this awesome family and to help Lisa get some Wheels (Freedom).
So come for a walk and support me, throw some cash my way and lets raise some much needed funds.

I have known the Wheelers for the past 15 years having played football with Lisa's husband Andy, cannot think of a more outgoing and loyal family around the Marlborough area
