We’ve played all over the world, now we want the chance to pass on our knowledge and ability to these developing players.

Over the past 5 years we’ve been a part of a team of volunteers who have worked tirelessly to rebuild Blind Cricket in New Zealand. This tour is one of our biggest achievements.
Our efforts have seen us travel around the country promoting Blind Cricket to a point where we have had a pool of players to select a developing team from. All of these players show huge potential in their own unique ways - now we want to be a part of the final yards that will see these new players taking the field as an NZ A squad in Australia.
Due to the limited funds the management team are needing to self fund, this means we’re having to pay just like the players. We’d really appreciate your support to help us get there as a coaching and management team.
We will be team coach and manager
CRICKET ISNT ALL WE DO 11 June 2018
So many people may not realise but although we put a lot of time in to Blind Cricket... it’s not the only Blind sport we’re involved in.
In 2017, a month after returning from the Blind Cricket World Cup in India (where we were both players), we were off on another adventure... to Cape Town, South Africa!
JD is also a Blind Lawn Bowls World Champ in the B4 category. After the passing of his dad - Bryan - who was also his director Donna was asked to travel with him as his director for the Blind Lawn Bowls World Championships.
There was A LOT of drama to get them there, visa issues - in that the day of their originally booked flight that had no visas so couldn’t travel (!), finding money at the last minute when 2 weeks before the tour they were told they needed to come up with an additional $1,000 each and additional costs to book new flights when their visas finally did arrive... but we got there.
