Barrier-free biking for all! Help Us Finish the OneBike Community Hub

Queenstown, Otago

Help us bring our master plan to life! With our new site partially developed, we’re raising the final funds to establish a truly vibrant community bike hub. Your support will provide access to quality rescued & repaired bikes, maintenance courses, and an e-bike lending library. The OneBike Hub also provides a space for anyone to use our bike tool library and learn the skills to work on their own bikes, alongside our experienced mechanics.

We're almost at our target and just need an extra $14k to deliver our full masterplan... we need your help to make it happen...

Located in the heart of Remarkables Park, the OneBike Community Hub enables everyone to access the knowledge and equipment to maintain their own bike. From washing your own bike in our dedicated wash area, to bleeding your own brakes, it can all happen at the Hub.

OneBike is a community project run by Lightfoot Initiative. It’s by the community for the whole community. We want everyone in Queenstown to have access to safe and affordable bicycles, spare parts and quality cycling equipment. We are committed to reducing the disposal of bicycles into landfills by prolonging the lifespan of bikes. OneBike provides access to active travel options, reduces emissions, and is building a connected and thriving community of bike users in Queenstown.
