We operate whanau workshops and tamariki playgroups to promote community understanding of child development to encourage rich educational experiences. Our overarching priority is to support every child to fulfil his or her unique destiny and to provide him or her with firm foundations so that they can develop into a free, morally responsible and integrated person.

Funds raised here will supply coordination and materials for publicly held community workshops. We aim to bring experienced educators with specialist skills and knowledge to Bay of Islands community.

We believe childhood is a wonderous time, and education should be about creating balanced, creative and insightful young citizens. As a charitable trust we are committed to uplifting the lives of whanau through Waldorf philosophies and improve outcomes for parents and their children. We have done so through the Oromahoe Kindergarten for over 10 years, and aim to expand on this over the next 10 years with a Primary School and Community Education programme.
