Did you know that each year in North Canterbury, many cats and kittens are abandoned without our knowledge and that so many are having babies in the wild with no help? At Cat Care Incorporated, we are trying to do our bit by relieving the suffering and distress amongst felines, including the provision of food, shelter and veterinary care.

Last year we re-homed over 200 cats and kittens, vaccinated & desexed ALL felines in our care and made a difference to those struggling to feed and give vet care to their own felines.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
