Your valued support means Coastguard's 2,000 volunteers can continue to save lives on the water, up and down the country. It means they can respond when they're needed, day or night, in fine or challenging conditions, to bring our boaties home safely.

Every year, we need to raise $30 million to keep our crews rescue-ready. Your generosity will contribute to:

- Specialised training and qualifications

- Rescue gear and safety equipment

- Medical supplies

- Other requirements, large and small, that our volunteers need to keep bringing Kiwis home to their families.
