Coast Pet Care Charitable Trust

We already have the premises. Now money is needed to buy the equipment for the desex and microchip pet clinic.

Auckland

Set up in 2018 & based in Silverdale, Auckland, this Trust was set up by CatsnCare. Already very active in cat rescue for close to 10 years, CatsnCare had long recognised a real and desperate need to stem the flow of stray and unwanted companion animals. The only way to do this is via a widespread, community based desexing programme, hence Coast Pet Care was born.

It's aims are threefold:

- to provide low cost desexing & microchipping to animals north of Auckland Harbour Bridge

- to use the funds raised from donations & its Caring 4 Paws Charity Shop to assist with the rescue & rehabilitation of cats & dogs

- to provide support & education to animal owners/guardians/other animal rescue groups.

2018 saw the opening of our new Charity Shop. In 2019 we will be aiming to raise enough money to open our own desex and microchip pet clinic on the same site as the Shop at Vantage Point, 2181 East Coast Rd, Silverdale.
