Gymnastics is about "how the body moves" and therefore is the Foundation Sport for all physical acitivity and sports.
Gymnastics enhances sport participation and enjoyment, contributes to a healthy active lifestyle, provides the basic physical and motor capabilities that we draw on for a lifetime and allows people to achieve success at any step of their chosen sport.
Dunedin Gymnastic Academy is the largest gymsport provider in the lower South Island.
Our programmes include trampolining, rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, parkour, aerobics and gym for all.
We provide classes for all people at all stages of development from baby and toddler to preschool, schools, adults and seniors.
