Every week 12 kiwi families are told that their child has a heart condition.
Heart Kids NZ is the only national organisation in Aotearoa NZ that provides free, lifelong care and support for children, teens, adults and whānau impacted by childhood heart conditions. We provide practical and emotional support to heart kids and their families through life. Support begins during pregnancy when many heart defects are diagnosed, and continues through birth and childhood, right into adulthood, via a pathway of parent groups, family days, and camps for heart kids, teens, and young adults.
We need your help so that we can continue to help those living with a childhood heart condition.

We help at every step of the journey; from diagnosis, through childhood, the teenage years and into adulthood. Our practical and emotional support is vital in helping individuals and families cope with the day-to-day challenges of living with a childhood heart condition.
