Karma Choeling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery is one of the oldest Buddhist Centre's in New Zealand. Nestled in fifty acres of beautiful native New Zealand bush, it is a centre of tranquillity and peace, just an hour away from the busiest city in the country, Auckland. It provides simple accommodation for those wishing to develop their meditation practice, and to take some time for themselves in a natural, organic retreat environment. Karma Choeling is open daily for visitors from 8am to 8pm.
