Porirua Community Arts Council (PCAC) aims to “encourage and promote the practice and appreciation of all art and cultural forms in Porirua

Encouraging, supporting and facilitating the arts in the diverse and culturally vibrant community of Porirua City.

Our recently launched Arts Hub enable artists, performers and arts supporters in the Porirua region to engage with each other and share information.

Our enthusiastic and hard-working team runs the iconic Festival of the Elements on Waitangi Day, coordinates events such as Matariki celebrations in Porirua, and actively supports arts projects in the Porirua area.
