Rural Support personnel are trained to manage all types of rural stressors and challenges. All that is needed sometimes is someone to talk to, someone that listens and supports in a confidential non-judgemental manner. Rural Support farmer-facilitators are here to ensure your needs are triaged so you can get back to fully fit, mentally and physically on your farm.

Legislation changes will Increase administration and other compliance costs creating psych-ache within rural communities. Hiding that ache or ignoring it will lead to distress.
