We aim to help tell the history of our districts in an engaging manner, with something for all ages. We want to inspire you to dig deeper, help you to discover more, encourage you to ask questions, or maybe even challenge you to have a rethink. History is that which is told to us by the storyteller and we can often relate the stories from various angles.

We are a museum in Te Awaroa, Helensville, keeping the history of the Southern Kaipara alive with with our engaging displays. Our buildings require ongoing maintenance and displays need to be engaging - taking both time and money - your donation can help
