There are people living on a landfill in Rio De Janiero because they have little government support. What would you do if you were unable to earn a respectable living? The same difficulty exists in other parts of Brazil, Cambodia, India. The children of these peoples are not only at risk of disease and malnutrition but abandonment and trafficking.
