Providing support, home/hospital visits, information, advocacy, connecting families with others in similar situations, coffee groups, education evenings, CPR training, youth peering, hospital care packs, travel grants. Speaking with groups, schools etc.
For the last 25 years, Heart Kids Wellington has been there supporting children and their families living with congenital heart defects. With 400+ members in Wellington we are growing on average by one each week. Sadly 30-40 of our children lose their battle each year, we are there supporting these families. Please help us to help heart kids.
