As well as being part of a wider reaching, global organisation that is the World Wildlife Fund, one of WWF-New Zealand's primary tasks includes spearheading the conservation efforts necessary to protect the countries rares and most critically endangered species of animal.
Other ongoing strategies include the encouragement of sustainable living and the ambition to one day see a world where nature, wildlife and humans perfectly coexist in a healthy and richly diverse environment.
