Queenstown Ice Skating Club thank Kip McGrath and Chef Brendan for sponsoring Alicia and Richie.
About Richie:
Decent skater, average fighter, great kisser. 4 years in Queenstown local, first time as a Stars on Ice participant. Its for a good cause, let’s all put up our hands. Also, big shout out to Cookie who made me do it! (another competing star!)
About Alicia:
I live in Queenstown and attend Wakatipu High School. I am 13, and have been competing in figure skating for 5 years, but skating for longer. This is my first year doing Stars on Ice. I have qualified for Nationals this year in figure skating, and will be going in October.
About us
Familiar faces have signed up to skate and are working hard to perfect their choreographic routines.
Fundraising from Stars on Ice will give the club a huge opportunity to give all club skaters the time on the ice they need.
Use of funds
All funds go towards purchasing ice time for the Club skaters to practice and develop their skills and follow their passion of figure skating.
