Koha to Kids and families - lets get Te Kaihau O Kupe Castlecliff out doing sport, recreation and other FUN activities in 2025!
Castlecliff, Whanganui
Castlecliff Community Sport and recreation started out in 2024 and runs weekly sport/recreation events in Lundon Park, Castlecliff in Saturday mornings and in association with Progress Castlecliff bigger fun events (past giant waterslide, Grease Open Air cinema, planned Giant Waterslide 1 March 2025, in planning beach trip)
CCSR's immediate needs are for funding and assistance with the waterslide event on 1st March plus with supporting kids and whanau on regular Saturday events. CCSR also hopes to raise funds towards a trailer and BBQ and play equipment to make regular events even better and easier to manage.
All donations via this page (less Give-a-little fees) are used for CCSR - Castlecliff Sport and Recreation activities but as donations to Progress Castlecliff (registered charity CC4532) are tax deductable (so you can afford to be 50% more generous)
If you're a significant donor we'd like to say thanks. This could be a simple acknowledgement to our large, local social media following to co-hosting and presence and naming rights at events or other options. Drop a line to progress@castlecliff.nz, or give James a call on 02041586042 if you'd like a thanks or want a bank account to make a larger direct donation (saving CCSR the 5% give-a-little fees). If you're able to make $500+ donation give us an email first - we'd love your funds to be matched donations encouraging others to give and doubling the impact of your gift!
