Go speechless on World Down Syndrome Day this year and help give a voice to kids with Down syndrome!
Auckland
‘Challenge 21: Go Speechless!’ is an UpsideDowns initiative that encourages people to stop speaking on World Down Syndrome Day, and experience the challenges that come with limited communication. Together we can give a voice to kids with Down syndrome.
1. Donate $21 to UpsideDowns
2. Challenge 21 friends to do the same
3. Go speechless on 21st March this year
We're a charity that helps kids with Down syndrome all over New Zealand.
The UpsideDowns Education Trust assists kids with Down syndrome in receiving life-changing speech language therapy. Can you help us give a voice to kids with Down syndrome?
Funds raised will provide speech language therapy to kids with Down syndrome.
Newshub article on UpsideDowns! 2 March 2017
Newshub have done an article on UpsideDowns and Challenge 21!
"We'd give an injured person a crutch to make their lives easier. So why can't we deliver these kids the services they need to succeed, the education that we know actually supports their learning and increases their chances of living independently and gaining employment as adults?"
