Forest & Bird Youth: we're fighting tooth and nail to take action for nature and make sure we all have a future. It's why we need your help.

Nationwide

Forest & Bird Youth is Aotearoa New Zealand’s youth voice for nature. Your donation will help to protect our wildlife and wild places for generations to come.

Forest & Bird Youth is a nationwide network of young people (aged 14-25) who are

protecting and restoring Aotearoa's wildlife and wild places. As young people, we know that it is our future which will be most severely impacted by the breakdown of nature.

That’s why we’re fighting tooth and nail to reverse the status quo. And it’s why we need your help.

Your donation will be used to empower youth across Aotearoa New Zealand to take action for nature as youth, with youth, and for youth. With your support, we will be able to expand our campaigns; ranging from trapping rats, to lobbying decision makers, to putting trees in the ground, and everything in-between.

About us

Forest & Bird protects and restores the wildlife and wild places you love. From rolling up our sleeves and planting trees, to campaigning for greater predator control, going to court to protect freshwater and native forests - we help YOU defend nature.

Use of funds

Practical conservation: costs associated with projects like planting, trapping, beach clean-ups, monitoring, restoration and more.

Campaigns: resources, promotional materials, admin, and travel, to encourage people in Aotearoa to take action for nature.
